Can I try Pro features before paying?

Yes! All new accounts get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH transfers for Teams plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is my pricing locked in?

Yes. Your monthly rate is locked as long as you remain a subscriber. We'll notify you 30 days before any price changes for new customers.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund—no questions asked.

What happens if I downgrade?

You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll revert to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted—just inaccessible until you upgrade again.
